RESIDENTIAL, NEW CAPITAL CITY
IL- BOSKO
Kicking off one of our very first projects hand in hand with Misr Italia, working on Il Bosco Housing Development Project at New Capital City. We were responsible for 3 residential buildings in regards to the steel and concrete work, with an open space of 1600 square meter for each building thus a total of 4800 square feet for the whole project; with a budget that exceeded 15 Million Egyptian pounds.
RESIDENTIAL, NEW CAIRO
CREEK TOWN
Moving on to our next project in collaboration with Khozam Group as Creek Town’s Compound Developer and Chaddad Group as the Main Contractor at New Cairo. Our company received 15 villas covering the steel, concrete, masonry and plastering work. Each villa costed 200,000 pounds with total of 3 Million Egyptian pounds as a whole.

MADINATY SQUARE & ATRIUM
Our third project we teamed up with the mother company Talaat Moustafa Group, in conjugation with both Atrium Quality Contractors (AQC) and SQUARE Engineering Firm at Madinaty. Working on 20 villas covering the GRC, tiling, plastering, marble and the finishing job.

New Residential Building Project in New Obour.
RESIDENTIAL, OLD CAIRO
MAGRA EL-OYOUN ASGC
Our fifth collaboration was with ASGC Construction Company as the Main Contractor under the administration of New Urban Communities Authority for the development project of Sour Magra El-Oyoun. We encountered 4 residential buildings working on the plastering, gypsum-board and the finishing steps.
ADMINISTRATIVE, 6 OCTOBER
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING ETC EASTERN TECHNOLOGY COMPANY ( ETC )
Forging ahead in association with Eastern Technology Company (ETC) we renovated and finished the company’s New Administrative Branch at 6th of October City. Our team was in charge of the finishing, tiling, plumbing, and electricity of the company.

HYDE PARK
Last but definitely not least, Makeen Develompents are responsible for finishing of apartments and villas at luxurious Compounds covering several different locations including Rehab City, Madinaty, Hyde Park, Shorouk City and Fifth Settlement.
INFRASTRUCTURE, GABAL EL ASFAR
WASTEWATER TREATMENT STATIONS AND WATER TREATMENT TANKS
Project for wastewater treatment stations and water treatment tanks in El-Gabal El-Asfar.
FACTORY, 10th OF RAMDAN
Textile Factory
Project for the construction of an 8,000-square-meter Textile Factory in the industrial zone of 10th of Ramadan City.
